Initial Evaluation and Treatment Planning
Together during our initial appointment, we work together to better understand your experience. We will work together and develop a plan of treatment that best meets your needs.
Follow up Appointments
Follow up appointments are 30-minute appointments. I provide services from a medication management perspective, with brief supportive therapies incorporated.
Virtual Appointments
All of my services are provided through telehealth. This provides convenience and ability for you to be in your safe place while working on difficult issues. This also causes less interference to your daily life and you don't save time by skipping the commute.

This does come with some limitations. Per Washington state law, a provider must see a client in person prior to prescribing a controlled substance. This means there are certain medications my practice is unable to prescribe.

I do not prescribe:
-
Methylphenidates, such as Concerta or Ritalin
-
Amphetamines, such as Adderall or Vyvanse
-
Benzodiazepines, such as Xanax or Ativan
-
Opioid Analgesics, such as Suboxone or Subutex
