Payment of Services

My practice is out-o- network for all insurances. I provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please talk with your insurance company if they pay for out of network providers, and be sure to discuss with them what their reimbursement rate is for out-of-network services.

The initial intake appointment is 60 minutes and is $300 for the appointment. 

30 minute follow-up appointments are $150, and are typically 1 to 3 months out depending on response to treatment. Payment is due at the time of service but you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance at your out-of-network rate.

If there are any concerns, please speak with me and we can discuss payment planning options to work with your needs.

If you need to cancel an appointment, it is important to cancel 24 hours ahead of the appointment. Text reminders will be provided 48 and 24 hours ahead of your appointment. If you do not cancel 24 hours ahead of your appointment, you will be charged for the appointment.

In the future I hope to off insurance processing but as a small business owner the insurance process is a significant burden. Being independent allows me to focus on the best treatment for you.
